Ipsy is a makeup subscription bag founded by Michelle Phan, a YouTube makeup guru. Every month I pay $10 and in return I receive 5 makeup products based on a quiz I took before I subscribed. Unlike many other makeup subscriptions, Ipsy actually sends some high end makeup i.e. Nars, NYX, Urban Decay, etc. So far I am satisfied. I've been receiving Glam Bags (that's what Ipsy calls their bags) for 3 months. So far there have been some ups and downs.

When committing to a subscription you have to be realistic. You're allowing other people to choose products for you. The quiz that you take is not foolproof. So while I've been disappointed with some of the products, I still think its something good to invest in. Every bag is worth waaayyy more than the $10 I pay and on top of that Ipsy gives coupons for all of the companies that are showcased in each months bag. Every bag comes with a theme. November's theme was Glam it up and included an extra Em Cosmetics product.
